Non-Teaching Application Procedure: Clearances are not required until recommendation to the Board, which is the final stage of the hiring process. A complete application packet for any non-instructional position or substitute non-instructional position includes:

  • The Standard Non-Instructional Application
  • The Required Checklist
  • Four clearances (Child Abuse, Criminal, Fingerprint, PDE Form 6004) that are currently within five years
  • A certificate of completion for Act 126 Training
  • Act 168 Form (Directions/Procedures)
