***IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A COMPLETED PHYSICAL PACKET ON FILE WITH THE ATHLETIC DEPARTMENT YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE OR TRY-OUT FOR FALL SPORTS – NO EXCEPTIONS***

If you plan on having the Physical Exam done at your Primary Care Physicians office, please make sure that you have the correct packet as we will not be able to accept outdated or incorrect forms.

For more information or if you have any questions, please contact Mr. Kennerknecht at robertkennerknecht@generalmclane.org or 814-273-1033 ext 1600

The other option would be to take the PIAA required packet to your Primary Care Physician, or stop by Urgent Care/Med Express to have the exam completed.

As of today (Tuesday, June 1, 2021) all PIAA Fall Sports are scheduled to begin holding tryouts/official practices on Monday, August 16, 2021 (High School Football is scheduled to begin “Heat Week” on Monday, August 9, 2021)

Please note that Student-Athletes will need to have a completed PIAA Physical Packet on file before they are allowed to try out for a team (no exceptions)
