PIAA Physicals will be held at GMHS on Saturday August 6th the cost will be $15 (CASH ONLY) per athlete.

Athletic Physical Forms for the 2022-23 School Year are available in the High School Main Office as well as on this website.
***IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A COMPLETED PHYSICAL ON FILE WITH THE ATHLETIC DEPARTMENT BY AUGUST 11th 2022, (AUGUST 6TH FOR FOOTBALL) YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE OR TRY-OUT FOR FALL SPORTS – NO EXCEPTIONS***
If you plan on having the Physical Exam done at your Primary Care Physicians office, please make sure that you have the correct packet as we will not be able to accept outdated or incorrect forms.
The other option would be to take the PIAA required packet to your Primary Care Physician, or stop by Urgent Care/Med Express to have the exam completed.
As of today (Friday, July 1, 2022) all PIAA Fall Sports are scheduled to begin holding tryouts/official practices on Monday, August 15, 2022 (High School Football is scheduled to begin “Heat Week” on Monday, August 8, 2022)

The 2022-2023 Physical Packet will be available on June 1, 2022 and MUST be filled out completely – this includes all areas requiring a signature as well as the Health History and Physical Examination. **Packets that are not filled out completely will not be accepted**
