Securing proper clearances is part of any position application process. Currently six clearances are required:
- Act 34: Criminal Background Check (paper copy, slower response)
- Act 151: Child Abuse History Clearance
- Act 114: FBI Fingerprint Clearance (Service Code: 1KG6XN) * please see note below on specific instructions to do this at the IU5
- Act 24: PDE Form 6004
- Act 168: Sexual Misconduct / Abuse Disclosure Form
- Act 126: Recognizing & Reporting Child Abuse Certification for Applicants
