General McLane School District Right-To-Know Law Information

You have the right to request access to the General McLane School District’s public records. Requests for public records are to be made to the Open Records Officer and may be submitted in person, by mail, by email, or by facsimile. Requests must be in writing and may be made using the General McLane School District’s Public Records Request Form. The form is available from the Open Records Officer in the Education Center at the General McLane School District (see address below) or on-line here for download.

Additionally, requests may be made using the Pennsylvania Office of Open Records Uniform Request Form, available at http://openrecords.state.pa.us/

Public Records Policy #801 and procedures of the General McLane School District are available in the Education Center at the General McLane School District.

If a request is denied, the requestor may file an appeal with the state’s Office of Open Records within fifteen (15) business days of the mailing date of the Open Records Officer’s response or deemed denial. Appeals should to be sent to:
