Driver Education Training

Allegheny Health Network and Saint Vincent will do a vaccine clinic in the high school gym on Thursday, May 13 with the Pfizer vaccine. The second dose will be administered at the high school on June 1. The time will be from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Eligible students can download the necessary forms (or pick them up in the office).  They will be posted here on our website on Friday, May 7. The clinic will also be open to the public who can schedule online.  The link to schedule an appointment for this clinic will be available here on our website on Friday, May 7.

Students will  be scheduled by the high school.  Eighteen year olds do not need parent permission so we will inform parents to discuss the shot with their 18 year olds.

As one of the best schools in Erie County, GMHS houses grades 9, 10, 11 and 12 within the General McLane School District.  There are approximately 800 students in the school with approximately 60 professional and support staff serving the school community. Our Academic Program is rigorous and our professional teaching staff prides themselves on making education relevant to the workplace and life in general.

GMHS is proud to offer strong curricular and extra-curricular programs that boast the LMBA Champion Marching Band, the award-winning publications The Lancer Ledger and The Imperator, and the spectacular showcase of GM’s best talent in the annual Broadway Dinner. Additionally, our Athletic Program offers students an opportunity to compete for teams that are prepared, well-coached and perennial winners.
